Career Corner Interview Tips from ReFocus on Careers - Phone Interview - Hallie Crawford

Career Corner Interview Tips from ReFocus on Careers - Phone Interview I recently spoke to a great networking and career search group, Re:Focus on Careers, about creating a kick ass elevator speech. Here are some fab free interview tips from them in my next few Career Corner posts: Phone Interview: Your initial interview may be conducted over the phone. This interview is used for the employer to determine whether they want to meet you in person. All phone interviews should be treated as if you are sitting across from the Hiring Manager. Be sure to give the interviewer your full attention! Do not conduct other activities such as driving, working on the computer, eating at a restaurant and answering incoming calls during the interview. This is extremely disrespectful to the interviewer and may get you eliminated from further consideration. If you’re interested in having me speak at your next event about finding a career you love, go here: www.halliecrawford.com/appearances.html. I’d be happy to discuss! Career Speaker
